Delivery & Returns

You can request an exchange or return within 14 business days from the date of receiving your order, in accordance with Ukrainian law.

An exchange or return is possible only if the item remains in its original condition — unworn, without stains or damage, and tried on for fitting purposes only.

To arrange an exchange or return, please contact our manager via Instagram Direct or Telegram — we’ll personally provide the return address and instructions.

For returns, your refund will be issued within 1–3 business days after we receive the item and confirm its proper condition.

For exchanges, your new suit will be made after we receive the previous one and shipped to you within 2-4 business days.
