Within Ukraine

Orders are delivered via Nova Poshta.

Estimated delivery time is 1–2 business days after dispatch.

International delivery

Worldwide orders are shipped via our local postal service.

Estimated delivery time is from 5 business days up to 3 weeks, depending on the destination country.

International shipping terms, costs, and delivery timelines are discussed individually with each customer and confirmed before shipment.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

Customs & duties

Please note that customs fees, import taxes, or duties may apply depending on your country.

These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Return & exchange requests

Requests for returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

How it works

To initiate a return or exchange, please:

 

1. Contact us and let us know your intention to return or exchange an item.

2. Briefly describe the reason.

3. Send the item back using the details we provide.

 

Once we receive the item and confirm that it is in perfect, unworn condition with original tags and packaging intact, we will process the refund.

Refunds

Refunds are issued within 1–3 business days after the item has been received and inspected.

Made-to-order items

Items made to order or customized upon request are not eligible for return, unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
