All orders are shipped from Ukraine.

Orders are delivered via Nova Poshta.

Estimated delivery time: 1–2 business days after dispatch.

International orders are shipped via our local postal service.

Estimated delivery time: 5 business days to 3 weeks, depending on the destination country.

Shipping terms, costs, and timelines are confirmed individually with each customer before dispatch.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

Customs fees, import taxes, or duties may apply depending on your country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the recipient.

We want every RTM piece to feel right.

Return and exchange requests are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

1. Contact us and let us know you’d like to return or exchange an item.

2. Briefly describe the reason.

3. Send the item back using the shipping details we provide.

Once we receive the item and confirm it is in original, unworn condition with tags and packaging intact, we will process your refund.

Refunds are issued within 1–3 business days after the item has been received and inspected.

Items made to order or customized upon request are not eligible for return, unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
